The goal: Show what subjects you covered throughout the year. It doesn’t need to be daily – weekly or monthly summaries are perfect!

Service Agreement: By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Terms: All families must complete payment before submitting this form using the payment buttons provided above. Step Up families should use “Book with Step Up Funds” to reserve on EMA Marketplace. Private pay families should use “Book Private Pay Testing” for Stripe payment. Payment for portfolio evaluation services (whether paid through Step Up scholarship funds or private pay) is final and non-refundable once materials are submitted. This is a professional service, and work begins immediately upon receipt of your submission.

Confidentiality: All submitted materials, student information, and evaluation results are kept strictly confidential. Your portfolio materials will be used solely for the purpose of conducting your evaluation and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information and materials submitted are accurate and represent your child’s actual work. Providing false or misleading information may invalidate the evaluation.

FL Statute Compliance: This evaluation is conducted in accordance with Florida Statute 1002.41(1)(f) regarding portfolio evaluations. The written discussion format meets legal requirements for student discussion.

Limitation of Liability: ClearPath Homeschool Testing provides portfolio evaluation services in good faith based on materials submitted. We are not responsible for how school districts, scholarship programs, or other entities interpret or accept this evaluation. You are responsible for verifying acceptance requirements with your specific program.

48-Hour Guarantee: Evaluation letters will be delivered within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of submission. If you do not receive your evaluation within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at clearpathhomeschooltesting@gmail.com.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved under Florida law. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
